This bread mix for Almweck introduces you to a typical hearty roll in Germany. You can find such rolls especially in the southern part near the Alps. It goes perfectly with a cheese platter and cold cuts for a cozy dinner like the German ‘Abendbrot’. Add some pickles, veggies and a glass of red wine and enjoy!
TIP: You can make the Almweck dough pieces bigger for some sandwich-like ‘baguette’ or smaller to get handy party bites.
